Bicycle Rental Agreement

This agreement for the use of rental bicycles defines the rules that guests must respect when renting bicycles from the hotel. Please follow these rules while enjoying your bike ride through the city and the hotel site. 4) Modify the bike or its accessories or change the current condition. If a customer has the bike repaired without the prior authorization of the hotel, the hotel cannot bear the repair costs. _______I understand that this activity may result in risks related to other bicycles and traffic or road conditions. The hotel`s bicycles are only rented to hotel guests. Note: Any bicycle that is not returned to the issuing staff or the section authority at the distribution point is charged a surcharge of one day until the bike is found, failing which the total amount of the bike, plus the fine in force, will be charged by the customer. This penalty is not refunded to the customer, even if the bike is returned after payment of the tax. The customer undertakes to provide the data of the credit card HERITAGE BIKES & RENTALS only as a preventive measure: I authorize HERITAGE BIKES & RENTALS, the credit card that is stored for me, for all possible costs in case of damage to the bikes during my rental period, a complete work, unless I can prove the mistakes made by other people with proof and all the necessary information for the refund. In case of theft, I am responsible for refunding HERITAGE BIKES & RENTALS the original price of the bike(s) plus the cost of the accessories made available at the time of bike rental. Even if the breakdown causes harm to the customer or a third party, the hotel assumes no responsibility, unless the breakdown was caused by the rental bike in question. 1.4 VeloGuide Warranty. VĂ©loGuide offers bike rental lists (defined below and in addition to www.veloguide.com/guarantee) a limited warranty of up to US$5,000 for bicycles, subject to the requirements set out on the Site (the “VeloGuide Warranty”).

Lister understands that the VeloGuide warranty is limited to the loss or damage of the bike during the scheduled rental period and does not cover usual wear and tear, repairs or loss or damage paid by the renter before or after the end of the scheduled rental period. “Wear” covers all cosmetic damage, including scratches, and is defined in Appendix B below. The VeloGuide warranty only covers damage that affects the functionality or safety of the bike. In addition, the warranty does not cover any theft or other property damage, injury, failure of use or accidental, special or punitive damage – these damages can only be recovered by a tenant. In addition, Bike Lister acknowledges and agrees that the VeloGuide warranty is only available if accurate and current photos and descriptions of the bike have been included in the list prior to the rental period, as described in Appendix C, and to the extent that such photos and descriptions are sufficient to determine the manufacture, model, the components and condition of the bike and accessory (if applicable). All claims under the VeloGuide warranty must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of the bike`s return; Late claims are not considered.
